Shipping Policy

At reaperXO, every item is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and create each piece specifically for you. Because your order is produced after it is placed, processing times may be longer than traditional retail.

Order Processing

  • All orders are made to order.
  • Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During product launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: Approximately 7–8 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

Shipping estimates begin after your order has been shipped, not when your order is placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. reaperXO is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before your order enters production or ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery falls with the shipping provider.

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.

reaperXO is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, cancellations or changes can only be requested within 15 minutes of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
