At reaperXO, every item is meticulously crafted to order, tailored specifically for each customer. Consequently, we kindly request that you refrain from making standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of heart, or ordering the wrong item.

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we strongly advise you to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and other relevant information before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Policy

All reaperXO products are meticulously created after an order is placed. Due to the custom production process, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that fall under the following categories:

• - Items that are no longer desired
• - The wrong size chosen by the customer
• - Orders placed by mistake
• - Items that have been changed in preference after purchase
  

Each order is meticulously crafted for you, and unfortunately, we cannot restock or resell returned made-to-order items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist you effectively, kindly provide the following information:

• - Your order number
• - Photos that clearly depict the issue
• - A detailed description of the problem

After reviewing your request, reaperXO will carefully assess the situation. If the issue is determined to be caused by a production error, we may offer a replacement or provide an alternative solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims related to manufacturing defects, damaged items caused during production, or incorrect items sent by ReaperXO. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider some time to complete the transaction.

Order Cancellations Size Selection 

Due to the fact that orders enter production shortly after purchase, we kindly request that you submit cancellation requests within 15 minutes of placing your order.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless there is a confirmed issue with the product.

We understand the importance of selecting the correct size before placing an order. Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page to ensure a proper fit.
